| Karen Hardin has held leadership positions for more than twenty years in both the manufacturing and service industries. A distinguished graduate of the University of Kentucky Computer Science program, she holds a Master degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She has committed herself to helping organizational leaders achieve their goals through education and service. She named her consulting organization CoFriends, to signify her belief that success has been most notably achieved when company employees feel personally connected to their organizations; i.e. they work each day among friends. In 2009, Karen released her first leadership book: Get Real! Get Together! Get Success! Connecting the Pieces of Effective Leadership. She is the wife of an accomplished civil engineer and the mother of two wonderful young men. Ms. Hardin welcomes your comments and questions.
